At Alchemy Blueprint Consulting, we are leadership architects, strategists, and thought partners in advancing change for individuals, organizations, and communities.

Founded by Drs. Rachel Romero Camacho and Armando Madrid, our Alchemy Blueprint  was born from the belief that leadership must be purposeful and move with intention—especially for those historically excluded from power.

We specialize in coaching emerging leaders, mid-level managers, and high-level executives—particularly those from BIPOC and marginalized communities—who are ready to lead with purpose, power, and authenticity. We also partner with organizations across higher education, nonprofits, and corporate sectors to design equity-centered training, leadership development programs, strategic planning and culture-shifting strategies.

A core expression of this work is our leadership of two flagship institutes: the Roots to Rise Leadership Institute and the Advancing Data Value & Insights for Strategic Engagement (ADVISE) Institute, each designed to meet leaders at different, yet deeply connected, points of their leadership journey.

Roots to Rise is a cohort-based leadership experience designed for emerging and mid-level leaders ready to build confidence, embrace identity as a strength, and cultivate an authentic and influential leadership presence. Grounded in equity-centered, healing-informed practice, Roots to Rise supports leaders in aligning their values, lived experiences, and leadership voice with real-world application.

ADVISE is a curriculum-based institute that prepares higher education leaders to ethically and effectively use institutional data to inform strategy, decision-making, and continuous improvement in service of student success. Through ADVISE, leaders learn to translate data into meaningful institutional narratives, actionable insights, and sustainable change—while remaining rooted in care, belonging, and justice.
